txtreel makes videos and images that look like conversations on messaging apps and forums, for storytelling, comedy, education and other creative work. By using the site, the API or the connector, you agree to these terms.

What you may not do

• Present something you made here as a real conversation to deceive someone: fake evidence, fake receipts, fake confessions, or anything used in a dispute, a report or a court.
• Impersonate a real, identifiable person or organization in a way that could harm them or mislead others.
• Harass, threaten, defame or bully anyone, or scam or defraud anyone.
• Make illegal content, or content that sexualizes minors.
• Overload the service, get around its limits, or resell it as your own API without permission.

Your content

What you write and upload stays yours. You're responsible for it, and for having the rights to the photos you add. We only process it to make your file and delete it as described in the privacy page.

Trademarks

txtreel is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Apple, Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Reddit, Anthropic or OpenAI. Their names and logos belong to them and are used here only to say which look a tool reproduces. If you publish what you make, labeling it as a dramatization is a good idea, and some platforms require it.

The service

txtreel is free and provided as is, without warranties. We may change features, limits or these terms, and block use that breaks them. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for how you use what you make.
